Requirements:
- One completed application form
- One recent passport size photograph
- Copy passport (all the written pages) - Passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of intended travel
- Copy of itinerary
- A recent health certificate (see additional doc)
- Invitation letter/identification proof of the sponsor for tourist visa
For children below 18 years of age:
The following documents are required to support the visa application of a child to enter Suriname. The documents must be legalized. Affidavits are not accepted.
- Birth Certificate
- Copy of legal documents of guardianship ( if applicable);
- Letter of consent:
- If a child is travelling with one parent, the letter of consent is needed from the other parent;
- If a child is travelling alone a letter of consent is needed from both parents permitting travel;
- Death Certificate, in case one or both parents are deceased.
Additional Documents :
- Health certificate from an authorized hospital/ doctor/ health center which exempt the applicant from HIV-AIDS/Leprosy/Venereal Diseases/Tuberculosis/Hepatitis B and other contagious diseases
- Yellow Fever Vaccination
- Internship or voluntary work, etc. (period: maximum 90 days)
Supporting documents needed.
- Copy of return ticket
- Official letter of the authorized institution/organization confirming the purpose and period of stay in Suriname
- Business Visa
Supporting documents needed:
- an extract from the Chamber of Commerce of the inviting company in Suriname
- an official invitation letter from the business partner/ company in Suriname
- a copy of the return ticket
- Visa for minor children
Supporting documents needed:
